This project reimagines a former warehouse, giving it a bold new identity that stands out while seamlessly fitting into its surroundings. The design prioritizes visible presence and individuality, with a striking architectural form that reflects the building’s purpose. Key features include a prominent entrance and a layout that addresses the corner location, creating a welcoming public square for visitors and pedestrians. The use of distinctive cladding and glass elements ensures the building is both visually recognizable and transparent, fostering a connection between its users and the surrounding environment.

While the design stands out, it also respects its context by incorporating elements of familiarity, such as a pitched roof inspired by neighboring buildings, which helps the structure blend harmoniously into its community. The concept embraces biophilic design principles, with green spaces integrated throughout, including a green roof, living walls, and landscaped courtyards.
